Return and Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged if you find any damage in it at the time of receiving. You need to return the jacket within a week.
- If the Jackets cannot fit you can return the jackets, you will be provided with resized jacket.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
- If you do not take responsibility within a period of 3 months after purchasing jacket and Rhino Leathers products. The company will not be responsible in any way for the products you have ordered.
